Home-cooked breakfast. The taste of my childhood and spring. Fresh bread, leaf lettuce and hot chocolate. Absolutely yummy!
5 hard-boiled eggs
2 Bundles of radishes
Bundle of chives
Yellow cheese (for example gouda)
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1. Eggs, cheese and radishes grate on grater (this one with bigger holes).
2. Chop chives finely.
3. Add the mayonnaise and pepper. Mix well all ingredients. You can also use salt, but in my opinion mayonnaise is salty enough.
4. Serve on bread.
