SUMMER BREAD FILLING (EGG SALAD)


Home-cooked breakfast. The taste of my childhood and spring. Fresh bread, leaf lettuce and hot chocolate. Absolutely yummy!

Ingredients

5 hard-boiled eggs
2 Bundles of radishes 
Bundle of chives
Yellow cheese (for example gouda)
Black pepper
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise







Implementation

1. Eggs, cheese and radishes grate on grater (this one with bigger holes).  
2. Chop chives finely. 
3. Add the mayonnaise and pepper. Mix well all ingredients. You can also use salt, but in my opinion mayonnaise is salty enough.
4. Serve on bread.

Hi Aleksandra, how are you? This egg salad would go down well in New Zealand; they really like to mix eggs with cheese and Mayo here (in Italy usually it is just egg with mayo, no cheese!).

This is on my must try list. I've never added cheese nor radishes to egg salad; it looks and sounds great!
