Gouda and garlic butter pull apart bread (with step-by-step photos)

This type of baked bread is very popular among blogs from whole of the world. I had to try to make it. Recipe is really simple and no one should have any problem doing it.
You can choose different (easy melting) cheese.

Garlic & Parsley Butter

Ingredients:

  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons parsley, chopped finely
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • pepper
  • salt
  • some olive oil (just if you want your butter to be more liquid- better spreadable)

Method:

1. Blend all ingredients for smooth paste.
2. Remove to container and keep in fridge.
3. You can also use ice-cube tray and then serve cubes of butter on grilled meat.

Smacznego :)

Khyar bi laban (Lebanese cucumber salad)

We have really warm Summer in UK now. I am not sure if I like if weather is like that... I try to drink plenty of water and eat fresh vegetables and fruits.
Khyar bi laban is perfect for Summer, because if served cold will cool your body.
